Opened a bit late @ 4116.40, had to confirm that MA 100 rejection, static SL @4120.
I got supports at 4093, 4080 and 4054. Taking one support at a time, no definite TP yet.

Volume in XAU is useless. It isn´t a centralized market. You are only seeing the volume of your broker and his liquidity providers.
The best approximation is to pay for Chicago data and look to the gold futures .

There again goes the old argument as to which one is superior, technicals or fundamentals. Both of them are important to every trader but for me, over the years I have come to the personal conclusion that technical analysis is better.
For instance, take the H1 analysis of Zebi at No 62167 above. PA had been flat for the past 5 hours but by looking at the chart, he identified the base at 4121, which incidentally is a KL in Gold. He decided that if PA goes below that level, he’ll short the trade. The market panned out as he analyzed.
At the time he made that analysis, PA was well above that base. So, fundamentals or not, once PA gets down to that base, he will make the money.

But see where the news is helpful. Assuming while Zebi is waiting, Uncle T tweets that he has authorized Israel to resume the bombing of Iran, the market will react accordingly. Maybe instead of waiting for two hours before PA responds to his analysis, it might now take 15 minutes.
By the way, News will dissipate after some time, no matter how long it lasts but the technicals remain potent all the time
