Only thing you should be looking at is calendar that's it, the plays already happen way before news hits retail

Sell Scenario

  1. Sell zone: 4125–4130
  2. Wait for confirmation such as:

    1. Rejection wick from resistance
    2. Bearish engulfing candle
    3. Lower high on the lower timeframe (M5/M15)
    4. Volume exhaustion or momentum divergence


  3. Target (TP): 4060
  4. Invalidation: A strong close above 4130–4135 (or your preferred risk level) would weaken the bearish idea.

Buy Scenario

  1. If price breaks and closes convincingly above 4130, avoid fading the breakout.
  2. Wait for a retest of 4125–4130 to hold as support.
  3. If the retest is successful and buyers step in, look for long entries with confirmation rather than chasing the breakout.

As someone who trades at long ranges, I will short gold at around 4135-40 with s/l of 4170-75 with target looking around 3950-60 , i will look for short at every bounce until it breaks and closes above 4205-55 range

It should, but not only gold, the market already in big bubble since 8 years. Imagine big balloon that grow bigger and bigger each time. At some point, it will brust if it out of control.

Now, it is the responsibility from Fed, BOA BOE or BOJ or any elite manipulator will decided either they brust the balloon, or deflate it slowly.

But seeing of what Japan doing lately, it is not a good sign.
If you saw July market hot enough, always be careful joining the trend train. You should exit the train at some point.

All bullish reversals on shorter time frames is just noise/chance to sell again at lower Highs price won't touch 4202 peak from Monday and 4180 peak from Tuesday this month
I'm holding some Nice Short positions just under 4180 resistance level from Tuesday
Only time will confirm my bias

Taken a short from 4105 TP 4090 might need liquidity for a bigger move. Risky yes but hey some risk is good
