and said this will be considered with negative consequences
on the other hand iran claim over 100 nations have partciipated

this war is also associated with dominance
as from this situation

I like psychedelics. With time, I understood that dopamine drugs aren’t psychedelics. They just pull you into a loop and you end up in the same place every time.

Life for me isn’t about right or wrong. It’s experience and awareness. And part of that awareness is realizing I want to earn every dopamine drop in my brain, so I’m fully done with all dopamine drugs.

I’m sharing this because it’s part of my understanding, not a label. Awareness grows, and the focus stays the same. Gold, charts, and the grind.

XAUUSD / Gold — Bearish Bias Until HTF Bullish Confirmation
Gold swept Monthly swing-low liquidity in June and closed below it, so HTF delivery remains bearish.
Price is currently reacting inside the Daily Bearish OB FVG / supply zone around 4200–4150. If we get strong bearish rejection from this zone with LTF MSS + displacement, I will continue looking for short setups.
Main downside targets:

  1. 3940 — Daily swing-low liquidity
  2. 3800–3750 — Weekly Bullish POI + Volume Imbalance
  3. 3700–3650 — Daily / Weekly Bullish OB FVG

Invalidation for bearish idea: above 4220.
Bias will change only if price strongly rejects from the Weekly POI around 3750–3760, Daily fails to create any fresh selling POI, and 4H / Daily gives bullish MSS + displacement with a fresh Bullish OB FVG.
Until then, my plan is simple:
Sell retracements from valid bearish POIs, not random candles.

making money on gold requreies alot more then just a good stratagy...and it demands SELF CONTROL at a diffrent level then otehr things

Respect. That is a solid shift in perspective. Earning your dopamine through discipline, focus, and grinding on the Gold charts hits completely differently than any shortcut.
Trading Gold really is the ultimate test of self-control; it shows you exactly who you are the second pressure builds up. Protecting your awareness and staying locked into the charts is the best edge you can have. Keep at it.

whoever tells you that they are profitable and sends you proof they are just trying to market something. Market is double sided and winning by chance on one side doesnt make you any guru of this market. Everything goes on a rthym and it will always revert back to average. There is a rthym and momentum in everything which doesnt last so long. Price seems bullish I mean momentum seems bullish for the moment but in a few days it can turn to bearish so it doesnt make any one who was on the right side temporarirly a successful trader. A succcessful trader does not need to promote his wins to monetize from others. He already wins from the market. Whoever tries to convince me with his trades looks shaddy to me

i personally believe
workout especially jogging at night
and sleep are much better for release of happy hormones
dopamine and endorphines and also reduce cortisol levels
that is what i do
natural therapy
after jogging the clarity one gets is insane
the more you run the more you will realize how smooth your brain gets
my personal experience


and you will also feel sad for those who dont
seeing it hard but after this workout is where comes the fruit of pain
natural is after all natural

i personally too think they one should stay more private in terms of profit posting as i believe in evil eyes and it also bring over confidence and arrogance along with haters and scammers who can harm your profits by gambling which kills the mindset which actually helped to made that profit
but on the other hand this point is also valid to promote truth that is possible to make money of the this market and endless and promote confidence
in short It depends on intention we never know the intention of others as we cant see what is in their hearts

obviously their comes feeling inside one when he wins so much and wants everyone to know how happy he is
