i should of held my short through the weekend tbh i get scared because of the gaps thats why i never hold unless im swinging but yeah tp would of been hit

that's the problem with emotional trading... yoy either accept the risk that you are trading with real money and real consequences. Positive aswell as negative ones

I dont trade emotionally i am passed all that, i done it to protect capital, as i set stop losses but when your basically in with no stop losses the risk to reward basically becomes - so thats why i dont hold trades over the weekend i trade with probability's not gambles

Trading now is dificult. We are in the middle of journey south but there should be an edge for buying. Selling has already happened although possible to jump on short but suffering pullbacks maybe

IMO you dont need to look for the bottom id rather wait until 100% longs have over taken shorts id want to see a daily candle close above 4400 to look long thats as of RN

I once experienced a useless stop loss due to a gap. My sell stop loss was missed because the open price on Monday was far above my stop loss, resulting in a significant loss. That's why I always close my trades before bed, so I can sleep peacefully and comfortably, especially on weekend

I’d say it depends on each person's style. I’m a swing trader. I learned—the hard way—how to catch market reversals. There are usually between four and six of them per swing.

bonds are rising back up i wouldnt say its 100% the reason but i like to think as gold on a boat sailing and DXY and Bonds as the wind and current but sometimes Gold might have a decent captain who just tanks the wind and current
