You are buying in a supply zone and your tp of 223 theres nothing there no zone or anything... i dont know what you see at 223... i can see a tiny supply at 217 but other than that i dont see anything that suggests buy

Uhh, you may be assuming that I was buying from a supply? Come on never buy from a high if so buy after a pb, that's like giving you SL to market for free if try to buy from a SUPPLY....

This was a classic move, XAU does pretty often. Price builds up liquidity in form of a bear/bull flag right into a significant high or supply zone, builds up a range, sweeps, retests that sweep level and then breaks the flag. Enter on fractal break.

4,218 — short (the higher-quality one). If price rallies back up and rejects the 1h lower-high again with a bearish 5m CHoCH, that's your re-short, with the 1h downtrend, targeting 4,170 then the 4,145–4,125 lows. This is your edge: selling the LH rejection in a down move.
4,170 — long scalp (lower quality). If price drops into the demand zone and bounces with a bullish 5m CHoCH, you can scalp back to 4,218. But it's counter to the 1h, so smaller and quicker — take it to 4,218 and out.
4,218 is the pivot. As long as price stays below it, the bears own this and the draw is toward the lows. If it closes above 4,218 and holds, the bounce is extending — then you'd stop looking for shorts here and wait for the next supply at 4,240–4,260.

Is it possible down to 4185 and fake reverse to 4220 and true bear to 4150 ? somehow i have this feeling.
Anyone pro trading here thinking this is possible ?

Anything is possible just trade the tape sometimes you win sometimes you lose but what matters is as long as you can protect your capital and remain profitable who cares if it goes up, down or sideways
