Stick to the plan and never regret... My limits were not activated while was sleeping...But it seems people keep stay away of reallity here, more concerned with speculation and not listen... From my part i will stay off for the rest of the day, catch part of Asia move and is ok for me. No overtrading... I don't expect any extension before 7 am as usual from now on... If 4483.88 is not taking out with a clean close in 1h tf i don't see tap 4529 and will not be surprise the day be pure manipulation without any other big movement...
Because they always trap so trap to the down side is over before 4550

Morning Market UpdateGood morning everyone.
Today is an important trading day as we have the NFP (Non-Farm Payroll) release from the U.S. My personal view is to avoid taking any major trades until the NFP data is out, as the market can become highly volatile and unpredictable.
We also need to remember that it's Friday, the end of the trading week. This often brings additional volatility as banks and institutions close or adjust their positions before the weekend.
For USDJPY, my view remains unchanged. I'm still looking for a potential short swing trade with a wider stop loss and a favorable risk-to-reward setup.
As for Gold, my bias remains bullish. On the daily timeframe, I can see what looks like a large bullish triangle pattern, which keeps me interested in buying opportunities. That said, I'll be very cautious today and wait for the right setup before entering any trades.
For now, my main focus is on the NFP release and how the market reacts afterward.
