The downward movement seems to be stuck.... I don't know if it's just going to enter a pit stop to continue or if it will turn around....

Gold price movements are still sideways (dominant TF D1). Sideways on large TFs like the current conditions, there is a false trend on smaller TFs.
In a sideways market, there is no dominant direction of price movement because prices move following the price structure in a sideways range in various timeframes. Price movements follow the volatility created by smart money and prices rise and fall following false trends in various timeframes.
Be carefull, Only smart money* can shape the true trends.
In a sideways market (1+1=0), the price correction structure and updated market sentiment* are very important to pay attention to.

Gold remains under bearish pressure after rejecting from the 4510–4515 resistance zone and breaking below the short term ascending support trendline. Price is now trading around the 4440 area where a key horizontal support and trendline intersection is being tested.
The structure shows lower highs and weak bullish momentum while the projected move on the chart suggests further downside continuation if sellers maintain control below 4460-4475. A breakdown below 4430 could accelerate the move toward 4360 and potentially 4322 support levels. However any short-term pullback toward the broken structure may offer fresh sell opportunities before continuation lower.
Key levels to watch:
- Resistance: 4455, 4478, 4500, 4531
- Support: 4430, 4410, 4380, 4350
