Hi everyone,
I am not an intraday trader so my perspective in gold might differ markedly. But here goes.
Gold's price action has been at best disappointing for bulls. Fundamentally gold should be screaming upwards like fireworks.

1. Dollar has been weak (this week)
2. US bond yields have been lower
3. oil price has been lower
4. jaw-boning that the war is ending

but no. That was not enough to give gold some strength.
The problem is this. If any of the above reasons play out. Gold will fall i.e slow to rise and quick to fall
Price has not played around in the 4000 to 4400 area. Only a quick skirmish into it and I therefore believe we are going back there.
The display of some serious price action and strength will change my mind otherwise I will be looking to short feeble bounces

This is incredibly stupid and I should really be frowned upon but I want to make the stupidest decision and fully aware of what can happen. Good and bad.

Tomorrow I'm depositing 1k recieving 1k in credits from a broker as a "first time deposit" (100%)

Anyways I'm fully aware brokers offer this option to lure retailer into over risking etc.

I know damn well that a trader who would manage risk with a 2k account wouldn't even get to the point in touching those free credits.

But I want to take that risk.

Tomorrow I will be over risking asf hopefully to catch 2 successful trades and then I'm out.

If I get liquidated I learn my lesson.

I will only be looking for good setups buying at the bottom and selling at the top.

I'm at least looking to double maybe even triple my account size and I really hope it works but again it's just stupid and market needs to be on my side.

I flipped £200 to £1050 the other day by actually just staying patient and waiting for price to hit support/resistance which I don't always do.

I'm not stupid but not smart either.

I have the opportunity so I will go for it.

Will it go in my favour or not we shall see.

I'm just so thankful this wasn't the case today otherwise yeah.....

Who knows what the market will bring tomorrow.
