I find it fascinating how people defend their positions without applying basic logic. It only reinforces my point further: many of you are trading out of just to be in the market, not discipline. A disciplined trader recognises days like this and simply stays out EVEN if their setup is A+. Let me go further

Today, you are trading in some of the worst conditions available, low liquidity, wider spreads, and choppy inefficient PA, yet some of you claim it's a great day or even one of your best. Who are you trying to fool?

Let me simplify it

On a normal trading day, with all the sessions active, a $10 move might return you $5000. Today, to achieve that same $5000, you likely need at least a $20 move, if not more. In the process, you are giving away additional $10 through wider spreads, worse fills, increased slippage, and a market that is not moving

And still, you defend it as a 'good day'. It's not convincing. It's just revealing

I have been doing this for way too long. One day, you youngsters will understand this
