To add to this, we are range-bound for a reason. On a technical side, yes, it is range-bound on my Key-Level, which is poised to the upside; we know that the probabilities are in favour of buys due to context, US10Y (4H) Bearish, DXY (4H) Heavy Bearish, and According to our CFTC COT: Long: 219,793 Short: 48,171 Net long: +171,622. VIX 4H is heavily bullish; market fear is increasing (potentially due to the Israeli/US War). So all in all, macro-context gives us a bullish bias, only reason for the range bound could be due to investors favoring risk-off assets as of right now, as shown by the extremely bullish US SP500. Only reason as to why Bulls cannot work (W/ Invalidation @ 4453.12) Is due to Commercials adding 10,818 new shorts this week, indicating the gold rally is becoming more crowded and is vulnerable to major pullbacks

But gold and oil go opposite direction these days, oil and dollar flow in the same direction now, just check very well

Oil is being driven by the iran war. Gold will hit 3500, so much priced in.

Dollar has so many complexities that there is no way you can claim dollar and oil flow in the same direction... 4 months of similar is not a long enough timeframe to make that claim & they could very easily reverse.

And on h1 looks like more potential for down for now.
