haven't been trading gold this week but the trend is probably similar (silver position, holding 400 lots)

Your view is solid. Respectable.

But I will disagree. Liquidity sweeps do happen. Price is naturally drawn to clusters of orders, not because it's specifically hunting your stop. Your 0.1 lot might be nothing on its own, but stacked with hundreds of thousands of traders, it becomes part of the liquidity pool. You might be entering with 0.1 lot, someone at your entry or nearby might be entering with 100 lots. Price will target those cluster pool of orders. Price will either sweep and reverse or continue in that direction.

At some point those desk traders have to report to their managers if they got a good fill or a poor fill. A discounted fill or a premium fill. It's a rabbit hole how they fill their orders.

There is decades worth of data on liquidity (if not multiple decades).
The chart is fine. You are the variable.

Good Morning Team! Happy day.

Hit my 20% target yesterday, always nice to make daily goal.

Slow going with the London Session, no trades yet today.
Waiting for the top on $XAU & $BTC then entering short on M15, thinking we'll see pullbacks on both.

My $EUR trades are not working yet. But holding the lows, itll start back up eventually. Also waiting for $WTI to unwind and the $XAU spike that will come with that. Might code up an algo to trade this as no doubt ill be asleep when it happens.

today is just minutes.. no rates changing will be happening tonight.. usually the minutes doesnt affect price much
