I believe that Gold is very hard to trade so here to learn and find the opportunities in EA's or indicators ... is that true ... who should I follow ... recommendations please ...

Yes, that's what 99% of traders are looking for - an indicator which could be used as an EA and which will generate profit without any human intervention. That is The Holy Grail.
Anything less is just another indicator...
And... yes, it must at minimum, double the account every day... at minimum...

actually it is not as simple as being able to generate profit without any human intervention.

you must be able to run the bot without using a stoploss.. it must not generate any losses.

trading without a stop loss is the equivalent of climbing up a cliff without any safety equipment or ropes.

no losses = the grail.

no.. that is purely delusional math.. even 1% or 2% per day is huge profit. even without using compounding, 2% will get you 40% per month... omg.

You are asking typical questions of a newbie.
Trading financial instruments is like gambling, the house always has an advantage over the gambler/trader.
The closest thing to a genuinely scientific trading framework would probably involve:

  1. behavioral psychology,
  2. market microstructure,
  3. institutional flow mechanics,
  4. auction theory,
  5. reflexivity,
  6. and complex systems analysis,

combined with empirical validation.
But even then:

  1. the system evolves,
  2. participants adapt,
  3. and the observer influences the phenomenon.

That makes markets fundamentally different from classical scientific domains.
So the strongest defensible conclusion may be:
Trading can be studied scientifically, but no trading strategy has been established scientifically with the reliability and universality associated with hard sciences.

So, you need to be aware that everything you hear, read, your broker teaches, is just some opinion or personal angdote which has zero scientific evidence!
Timeframes are just a way of representing price changes in the aspect of a specific timeframe.
They don't have a predictive meaning, so there is no such thing as "the best timeframe".
The trader needs to be able to analyse the charts in all timeframes, and understand what is going on.
Anyways, based on statistics, 99% of DayTraders lose their accounts in 5 years.
Also, based on statistics, the best results are achieved in LongTerm trading, trend following and momentum strategies.
There is lots of information about such strategies.

The most important thing, though, is that the trader must be ready to lose!
Yes -> LOSE!
If a trader isn't able to accept many losses and let the winners run (which can only be achieved in longterm trends), they will ultimately lose money.
So, if you want to trade because you think this is a fast way to get rich -> YOU ARE WRONG fundamentally.
Traders who have 90% win strategies lose money!
Traders who have 30% - 40% win strategies make money!
Why? Because they can afford to lose 60% - 70% of their trades!

Some types of complex patterns may not display properly in MTF. Otherwise, everything works fine on standard timeframes by default.
