well as a person who trade for years on gold we are at the beginning of the month/ thursday going into friday. Also everytime the day after interest rate news most of the time market will start moving.doesn't matter if they cut or increase.just look at FED news for the past year on gold and heading into FOMC

it was mostly a rate check, no one can predict it , the bullish momentum was a bit strong to sell even Asia session spend the night pushing it up, i had a pending order yesterday at 160.500 with my SL at 161 and canceled as i was afraid of a stop hunt to that level, it was a bad decision , i feel so bad 4 month with no payout my 10k account is sitting at 9850 , i was waiting the whole week for the move but my survival instinct was stronger than my confidence it wasted all my discipline and patience waiting and made me miss , i keep getting closer to a payout i hope it would happen one day , it's frustrating but trading had some unlucky moment that nothing can be done with them

fck man,,, I am really thinking to get the fck out and reset. But I am withholding my hands for trigger. I have hedge at LOW. and this move is never seen. yesterday they went on lower Support and obviously people will think it will reach 4420, so I withold my hedge, and now this. fck this man. OIL is seems Dropping and as well as DXY. did they know something we dont??? does Iran have agreement already??? I really hate trading every 3rd and 4th week of the month

This is a mont movement, my stratagey is on we ll wait till 4700 if not break we are still on bearish side

It is what it is. I reset everything, I have to do this, to protect my self and my account. I need to do this while the drawdown is still small. I needto cut everything and starte anew. otherwise the market will fck me more bigtime. it seem they have change the trend immediately from the bottom. from 4540. here is my currently week closing and my monthly closing, overall in month Im still green, although I didint win this week, what I did, is I try to make my loosing minimise. also getting green is good, as even you lost, you still have some green to use to use to fight back otherwise my wallet is dead. Now I am fully out in this Market. I hate trading 3rd week and 4th Week. Please remind me not to trade again on those week next month. I hope all my wolves can get out green. the more important is ending the Monthly Profit in Green, thats all its matter

My Performance this Year 2026, Only by Hedging. the more important is every Month, you bring Bread to your family. No Matter How small or Big it is, the more Important is your not giving back at Market, and keep continue getting from it. the truth is, no one can really predict 100% what the market will do, all of us just using speculation and probabilities. and so always try to use that Probabilities in your favor. never fight the market, Market has always Manipulator, Greed and Fear, but the more Important is the Balance of your account. Learn to stand up in the table once the Chess Pieces they are showing to you are not in favor for you.

PS: The truth is, April is One Really BIG Egg that is hard to break. and I comeout in the battlefield with so much scars, and bleeding. But didn't Die, that's why I am still Proud of my self. I know many traders, specially the new ones, will most not survive on this kind of environment. it was really so Hard. for those who survive this month and still earn. Kudos to you. I give you my salute

the real manipulation happen is from yesterday London session move, when they tanked the market so much and so deep. and so many people place sell on those areas, once their goal has been achieve, they make double bottom at LOW and shoot up the price without any retracing, leaving all the sells from LOW behind. I believe the UP Trend happen in asia today, is the real move, as we wolve are waiting for that upmove to display, but didnt happen for so many days. One thing my Mistake is, I didint realise immediately what they are doing, and How London & NY are manipulating the price from last night.

I applaud you for being honest and declaring your loss this week, you lost a battle, but you are still winning the war. Well done . However I did point this out in this post https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/...8#post15641618. Nobody take notice but it doesn't matter. Still there is something missing from your system, just a little thing.

what I did this week is just same, only the different is I put a hedge at bottom and so now my BUY will be positive and leave all my Sells order from the LOW last night, so it means I cannot get out in my hedge and thats why I reset everything. most of the times, Hedge will make you secure in your position and make money, but once you make a mistake also, it will not make you get out as you locked yourself as well.

this is what Happen tome, thats why I reset, try to understand the levels specially on the Sells Position, and why I need to cut everything and reset. the last Sells should be place a BUY but instead I place Sells and rehedge
