As a European, I agree with everything you wrote here. I have never seen the point of war in the Middle East, and as we all know, when its not clear what its about, its about money. And war is a money machine. The rich make money and we, as ordinary people only lose.

I think that during this almost two-month long war, everyone who spends time on the market every day knows how the market is treated by every stupid word that is said or written. Once we have this, and an hour later the narrative changes by 180°

Me too. Longing Oil looks very tempting now after both sides just declared their absence at Pakistan tomorrow. But, another last minute u-turn (or inititaive from mediator countries) is quite possible since it happened so many times. Hard to take position in any asset.

we all know at end if year mostly December sometimes November liquidity and we can see market to manipulate a lot
last year was exception when gold touched its all time high in December that was insane but previously and still December is likely considered a choppy month
i used to see it as a month where a real survivor trader is built an considered it as hardest month
