yes, but before that happens, it still needs to push higher first, toward 4550/4750. Only then can it roll over again... Most likely Iran will laugh Trump off, and the markets will finally punish his lies and insider trading.

Yes, at the moment, but not everything he says has an impact on the gold price. Last year, Trump made several speeches pressuring the Fed to lower interest rates, promising cuts, trying to interfere in the Fed's decisions, and even then the price didn't respond to his speeches. But the situation now is one of very high geopolitical tension; it's a war.
