Made another 1000

Have put aside 4000 into another account - and will continue to do so. So that's the reason for big down move on the balance.
Have also tried to use smaller positions

But can truly say that - everyone new - should study this thread - and combine it with all the other things you have learned.

I rehedge my open position for all. This is my Closed. seems that 4100 is the Last Bottom, seems its the start of the new BUY trend, if tomorrow or this week it will go back at 4100, I will remove my sell and replace it with BUYS. Good night to all.

I can clsed all, and still i have 2k Profit. But wth. . if tomorrow this didint drop, i will close everything, I dont want to tie up again in wrong range.

I change my mind, I dont want to rest and bring my hedge on Next Day. I can redo again for tomorrow, it seems Dollar become weak tonight, also Gold dont want to retrace anymore.

This is what you need to do if you encounter trendy days, if the momentum dont back down and no retracement follow, just kill the position and redo again on next day. at first, im thinking to hold the hedge, but actually I dont like it, as we may have seen the bottom, what I want is to BUY at bottom then. So I dont win today, its my BE Day.


Now Im totally Clear Position. No loss for Today no Win.

This is incredible stuff. I've been following this thread since the beginning. I've been practicing through backtesting for a while now and I want to go live but I have some questions on exactly what to do in the NY session. I've been having difficulty understanding a lot of it due to the language barrier.

From what I understand, the strategy begins at Asian Open where we open a buy and sell right at the open. Then let's say price goes up a little bit so we close the BUY for a small profit. We now open another buy and sell position. We have 1 buy and 2 sells open. Let's say price goes up again and we close another buy for a small profit. We open another buy and sell position. We now have 1 buy, 3 sells. But let's say it's 4 hours into asian session and now we need to hedge. We open 2 more buys. We now have 3 buys, 3 sells. Since price has been trending upwards, we have 1 sell on the bottom, 1 sell on the middle, 1 sell on the top, and 3 buys at the top of the range. We skip London.

At NY Open, let's say price rallied even further upwards. So our buys are in profit but our sells are in drawdown. 3 in profit buys, 3 losing sells. But since we're hedged the drawdown isn't killer. So what exactly do we do now at NY? Price went up in Asia, price proceeded to go further upwards in London, and now we are fully hedged. Do we place a SELL now at the NY open to predict a retrace back down?

Scenario: We place a sell order at NY open to predict the retrace downwards. Do we set the TP to that order to one of the entries of the hedges we have below? What do we do with the hedged positions that we have open? Do we set their TP's at break even and hope price retraces back down and takes them out at break even? Or do we close the BUYS at profit in the NY open and put the SELLS at break even ? (That could go terribly wrong and price could shoot upwards further)

Also, price could just retrace a little bit our way, cause us to open the sell order, and skyrocket upwards. From what I understand, that's when we open a buy order to hedge that new sell order. And if we closed those hedged buys from earlier expecting the retrace down, we are royally screwed.

Just a little confused about the exact procedure during NY session. Thank you for your time.

I have no BIAS, but thats what the chart says, look at last Candle.

seems gold comeback already to normal, and again USD is weakening. whats going on. Did the war settle already???

I don't have answer for you, I just want to say that is the best explanation that I have ever read, let's see if the OP agrees.

IMHO, if a bias was allowed, even a slight bias, say when price is above the daily open, take more or larger long positions.

But that's just me, carry on.

hi brother, it’s all about timing and session, yes you are right about market shooting upside or downside. That’s what we call trendy day. So in those cases you carry your trade to next day or next week until price retraces back, this is 1 method. Carrying your trades to next days

2nd step you can close everything and start fresh again with small loss or profit what ever you have claimed over Asia.

these things are better answered in demo. The more you practice you get answers to your questions automatically.

your question is what I have experienced recently. It took over 2 weeks but price retraced back. And the profit was huge. It’s still demo account just FYI

so best practice would be- farm as many greens as possible in Asia and if hedging goes against you, either close in small profit or loss. Or rehedge for few days until you find reversal
