Gold Price (LBMA Gold Price) Gold is fixed twice a day in the London market through an electronic auction managed by the ICE Benchmark Administration for the LBMA: • 10:30 London time • 15:00 London time These two fixing points are used as the global reference price in most contracts, valuations and in the stability of the spot price in many markets. 

Silver Price (LBMA Silver Price) Silver is fixed only once a day: • 12:00 PM (midday) London time This is the daily reference price for large physical silver transactions or for benchmark valuations.

Be careful! The big boys act on these fixes.
