To much noise when any randon trade most likely had profit today without stop loss at somepoint...
Stll ranging and still open not having a clear break, doesn't look that we trend today if nor in seek of liquidity.
If anyone know wich side with 100% certain pm...

SPY is at 6958 - 0.7 GEX and 0.5 Flow, probably to continue back to 698 or 699
Gold is at 5051 - Condition uncertain but would recommend hedging for the remainder of the week.

Buy around 5000 with stoplosses around 4980
Sell around 5090-5100 with stoplosses respectively at 5110 and 5120.

If price breaks over 5100 look to hedge your sell with a buy at 5070-5080
If price breaks below 5000 do not hedge.

The conditions are: If spy is to continue due to news, then buyers would look to buy gold's dip as a hedge. DO NOT think in terms of 'this is the dip, this must be it...'
If news is bad for the dollar then we're going to look for 5200 levels

Deliverable gold in SHFE vaults, measured by warehouse warrants, reached an all-time high of 105.072 tons on February 10, 2026. This is a dramatic increase compared to 2024, when warehouse warrants did not exceed 5 tons for several years.

Gold is still in an upward channel but price is stuck near strong resistance around 5070-5080 where sellers are active. Momentum is slowing so if price doesnt break above this level a pullback toward 5040-5020 support is likely before any further rise.
