If you want to trade internal fights trading its between 8am to 12am to 13 pm UK time because there is no bank trading and the market has a range after Asian market ends .

Trading inside these is guessing trend by what i have been following this range... Even the break of most recent one, looks like yesterday is also beeing effective holding price lower tf as it had prior Ny open.
