YEN major cross pairs i was trading,
since 147.20
but now yen has hit its limit 160 is where BOJ last time defended the yen weakness.
so 158 well who knows and threats from Trump,
first venezuella
then greeceland.

amazing how other countries just accept what ever US does.

anyways top 10 banks according to survey from bloomberg predicted GOLD at 4700--4900.

this is just the first month.

i was watching gold and the crazy moves made.
even friday drop was not bad but didnt matter because in few hours it was back,

but 4700 is the level i am not scared to sell.

few facts, buying is good last year was the best year for gold in 50 years.
that is all good.
but buying gold specially long term, specially now. well as an investor if you think like one,
it is too high to hope for this whole year to remain in up trend and also considering the negative interest if you do hold for weeks.

traders are looking for quick profit that is good.
but how many got burned friday? the sudden drop.
how many got burned today with 100$ move,
and there is many gaps also, even 1830 gap, that doesnt matter.
that is not a strategy. some gaps in pound still pending from 2016

if i were you BUYING gold i will be careful with stop loss.

selling goes same way.
best thing honestly not that many cares is using low leverage and gold acting like meme coin, may give you better range.

because its a race between buyers and sellers always have been,
but for me when it comes to gold specially is all about,
where the big players stand.
and for now not many is is buying.
i dont care who believes and who doesnt,

for me it is all about RISk.

dont risk too much on rumors,

i will sell and i use low leverage so 50$ move doesnt matter that is 1% loss.
we manage the Risk, if it is over bought no matter where it is we sell.
80% are retail traders and hell they can move the GOLD but they do not hold for 100-200$ move or for weeks.

so if USD was down then gold at 4700 makes perfect sense,
but USd index is not bad.
pound euro cad are in range 200 pips up or down 2% move in past few months.
yen is another story. its japan own policy which makes it harder for yen to be strong,
and in reality they dont even want it.
they just cannot afford the too weak yen.
or even too strong yen.

it goes for any currency or country actually.

but most control it.
not argentina from 9$ to 1450 in few years.
but that happens when people loose faith in currency.

anyways enough with history and lecture.

we will be selling from 4700 even 4800 is not bad.
but buying is still not an option for us atleast,

was great for 2025.

but you have to close the position if bought you have to sell to get the profit.
its not stocks giving you profits, its GOLD it cost money to hold buying position.

its europe and NATO some might be out UK italy etc.
but again RUSSIA may think its good time to go for Ukraine,
if europe is busy defending greeceland specially from USA.

XAUAUD H4 is still structurally bullish. I am treating the current move as a corrective pullback unless price can reclaim the recent spike zone. Resistance is 6995 to 7015 with the upper ceiling near 7075. Support is 6893 to 6833, then 6772. I will look for continuation lower only if price fails again under 6995 to 7015 and keeps closing below it, targeting 6893 then 6833. If we get an H4 close above 7015 and it holds on the retest, I flip back to buy continuation toward 7075, since that would signal the pullback has ended.

Gold is showing a bullish signal targeting the 4694 zone.
Optimal buy zone: 4653 – 4632.
Stop loss: close of a 1-hour candle below 4628.

Gold is trading around 4667 and respecting the ascending trendline keeping the bullish structure intact. Holding above the 4630-4615 demand zone suggests buyers are still in control. Primary scenario is continuation higher toward 4690 then 4745-4780 if momentum holds.
Alternate scenario is a pullback into 4630-4600 for support followed by a bullish continuation. A clean break below 4600 would invalidate the bullish setup and shift bias to deeper downside.
