guys i'm getting cooked on days like these when it's bearish out of nowhere... I'm so used to go long, and buys and i always lose my shit on red days. just wanted to vent, but I really need to know how to trade bearish trends. I don't feel comfortable. it's always goes down too quickly I don't know if to close my position or hold; gold can really mess with my mind.
