I decided to take risky buy @4486 ...given 4500 is so close I think they will tap that level first before going down

silver is still very very strong. gold wont fall much and wont rally either.. rangebound. most of the profits are booked by markets at 4498. shorters had a bad week overall including me

Very possible imo. MM's clear out weak stops above 4500 (and yes it's usually 20 pts) then we see. XAG doing a nice choke @70. It's a fragile time. Institutional traders looking to book profit for their Xmas bonuses, but bulls may also be determined to squeeze every last bit out of the bull traffic. Whatever your take on it, USD often does well during holiday breaks, and geopolitical risks evident (WTI and Brent). Need eyes in the back of your head at times like this, and tight stops whichever direction you're leaning towards.
