That's not a steepness slope method!
He just plots/connects all peaks and throughs following the ZigZag.
This has nothing to do with slope or steepness.
Imagine how the ZigZag would follow/repaint, until it gets the next extreme point...

The LuxAlgo indicator calculates slope.

This program uses only candlestick data, nothing else (no ZigZag, no Fractals, etc.).
The algorithm runs through all candles and determines the peaks that are significant in terms of the trend line (ZigZag is not suitable because the ZigZag peaks often do not match the support point of the trend line). At the same time, it also determines the intermediate trend lines that start from the significant peaks (these trend lines marked with a dotted line - they were previously the current lines until they were broken).
The user only needs to specify a single parameter: the minimum distance (number of candles) between the peaks forming the trend lines.
No slope or similar parameters are required. The slope is determined by the candles themselves (i.e., the peaks they form).
It also determines where the trend line was broken (the right endpoint of the lines - marked by small squares, which of course do not coincide with the right support point - marked by small circles), these broken trend lines are marked with a dotted style. The unbroken (i.e., currently valid) lines are continuous.

I think even a 5-year-old child can see what excellent entry points this indicator can signal.
The clueless character nicknamed BestTraderEv failed to realize this, but that's his problem.

And it does all this (calculating and drawing) at an astonishing speed: 2 milliseconds for 8,000 candles (on an average CPU).

Also, even if you did show - nobody here will believe you!!!
Your coding skills allow you to show any fake data you want which will not be distiguishable from real trades, even though they are fake!!!

So, STOP showing points on historical charts!!!

Please Andrew pitcfork, can you make a pitfork with inner lines of 0.25, 0.5, 0.618 and outer lines of 1.272 and 1.618 But it should be pitfork for Meta 4.

It doesn't quite work like that. Pitchfork has much more complex techniques than that. Obviously, entries/exits can be automated to some extent (these could be marked with arrows, of course), but you're much better off treating it as a discretionary tool and choosing which forks to trade and how based on your own judgment.
In addition, there are many other factors to consider, such as horizontal support/resistance levels, to find even more accurate entry and exit points. If you do it right, you can get pinpoint entries with minimal risk. The pitchfork is a leading indicator, which is very rare (some people consider oscillators to be leading indicators, but that's a joke). A leading indicator means that it shows where the price is going (i.e., it does not follow the price, but predicts it).
I suggest you look around the internet, where you will find plenty of literature/videos that will give you an idea of how to use forks effectively.
There is also a fork thread here on the forum, look it up.

Forks allow for multiple approaches; there is essentially no "official" fork standard. However, there are some basic principles that are advisable to adhere to.

Type A gives the best results, but type B also has some very good possibilities, although not as good as type A. Type C is basically horizontal support/resistance.

BTW, what the other guy said about oscillators is also BULLSHIT!
As with any indicator, if one doesn't understand what the oscillator is actually showing, this oscillator is useless to that person.
So, any such claims that some indicator is better or worse, is just some person's opinion, and it has nothing to do with any objective reality!!!

There have been many automatic updates and I have never experienced anything like you describe.
Though, I remember once, many years ago, I bought a new hard-drive and after just a few months my computer started working very, very slow - file access and saving files I mean. So I went to the shop which I had bought from, and they diagnosed that the hard-drive was faulty and needed replacement. So it was on warranty, thus no problem with the replacement, but I needed my data! They told me that I could send my HD to a special data recovery firm (there were one or two in the capital city) but that was very expensive in those days and I couldn't afford it. Since the HD was still allowing me to access the files, though it took ages, I had to sit down and work all night recovering file by file, because it was practically impossible to copy and transfer any one folder, not to mention more folders at once...

Please, please ... pleeeease! Don't comment on things you don't have a clue about. It's embarrassing.
But I'll help you a little. I'll explain what a leading indicator is, because you clearly don't understand.

It doesn't mean what you think it means, that it tells you where to enter and where to exit for SURE (only a crystal ball can do that).
Leading means that it shows you where you MIGHT find a good entry point and how far the price MIGHT go. In other words, it indicates the expected pivots IN ADVANCE. A moving average or an oscillator, for example, cannot do this, if you know what I mean. You might say that okay, a traditional support/resistance can do this too, but no. For example, it has been statistically proven (Tim Morge et al.) that there is an 80% probability that the price will go to the median line from a correctly selected C pivot. Of course, this requires experience and practice. Read up on it.
