Ouch! Well, it was a wild day. I'm forcing myself to paper trade for 1 year before I put any money into a funded account. 2 weeks into this and today was easily my worst day. Found myself down $1,800. I did manage to crawl back to only being down $400. Oh well at least its only paper. Learning every day!

I paper traded for 7 months and was consistently profitable with my strategy until a friend advised me to switch over in order to learn to master my emotions when "real" money is at stake. My discipline went out the window in 4 days lol. Different ball game entirely but we keep pushing.

Today's resilience of Gold after strong NFP increased my bullishness.
