I think price might come lower, Close to 4000 , but I expect a bounce so high that the previous highs on daily chart might be taken out

i checked how the h1 closed below the voilet/purple line and it therefore makes the sell has a chance and a good confirmation will be around 2pm but it's good to close it because if it decides to sell again we would still get an entry if we want to enter again

Gold remains in a clear bearish trend forming lower highs inside a descending channel. Price is currently retracing upward toward the 4048-60 supply zone. This zone is expected to act as a strong resistance for the next move down. If sellers step in downside targets are 4010, 3989, and 3951. Bulls remain weak unless price breaks above 4110.
