1. Set realistic profit and loss targets. If you hit your profit target, you're done trading for the day. If you haven't hit it yet, keep trading until your daily loss limit is reached.
2. Not looking at your P&L (Profit and Loss) helps me focus on my trading system. NEVER LOOK AT YOUR PROFIT OR LOSS—hide it if you can until you close the trade. Focus on your trading system's signals. Use a single-color candle, not red or green candles.
3. I don't use journaling. I consult an AI chatbot to ease my fear, address mistakes, or resolve any issues.
4. If I could go back in time, I'd probably stop chasing the perfect trading system. I can't make my trading system perfect, no matter how many indicators I add. Accept your trading system's flaws.
5. My consistent profit comes from following my trading plan. Here is my plan: I use the 5-minute chart for entry/exit and the 30-minute chart for the trend. I'm done trading if I hit my profit target. If I hit my daily loss limit, I stop trading. I repeat this routine every day.

The core rule I learned is that every single buy or sell decision must come with a clearly defined 'if/then' plan.
Trading Scenario:

1. IF I take this entry and IF the market hits my Stop Loss, THEN my next action is [state your action, e.g., stepping away from the screen, reviewing the entry, or waiting for the next setup].
2. IF the trade goes my way and IF it hits my Profit Target, THEN I immediately do [state your action, e.g., close the position entirely, move my Stop Loss to break-even, or scale out partially].
3. IF I enter a trade and it hits my Stop Loss, BUT my trading system has NOT generated a counter-signal (like a clear 'Sell' signal), THEN I will consider re-entering the trade ONLY IF all my indicators fully realign and confirm the original bias again. I need full confirmation—no compromises—before I jump back in.
