wow silver has risen 6 dollars this week. gold silver ratio at 1 yr low. being pumped higher by silver. technically 4271 is a target now. dont know this week or next week
anything below 4207 is a short with 4220 as stoploss

I can only say dont get out quickly. goldsilver ratio is indicating metals top out. if it falls it will drop 2-3 dollars in silver and min 150 dollars in gold. thats how metals move

Next cycle we may enter in a deflation risks.
Employment falling, If this cpi falling we will enter in a 2nd month straight falling CPI.

Which is bullish for gold.

Even if CPI ticks up, this creates a stagflation continuation, the credit cycle continues, gold will continue to bid up.

Folks focus only on 1 part of trading; that is liquidity.
But liquidity is used for positioning.

The 2nd part is Valuation
It is what creates volatility.
That why after an accumualtion/distribution, when we are correctly positioned for our perceivable valuation, those who were wrong exit their position and those who were late or looking for confirmation to their bias (valaution), join the party.

This creates the breakout, and it continues to fly in one direction, until temporarily something negative happens which creates pullback.

However, as as investors we need to think whether this 'new bad events,' will it be short lived or a momemtum one (to anticipate valuation). Then we position as a trader using liquidity.

But here self claimed "experienced trader" eat small move, then they just watched that shit flying, where more money is make.

In advanced money management (portfolio management), there is something we called Efficient frontier
Which address the misconception of :
The more you risk, the more you gain, which is not true, as potential gain to potential risk are not a linear functions.
To buffer drawdown and maximise upside, your mathematical expectation of your strategy must be positive.

And to maximise upside, is to earn the most with the same amount of risk. Which turns our risk/reward ratio for merely 1:2 to 1:15+ which induces us to turn scalping to swing trade.

gold has never gone up when the unemployment rate is ticking higher. get your facts right. check how gold sold off before housing crisis and after covid hit us. both were unemplyment rate ticking higher

National Debt also "has never" been this high.
Nobody wants UStreasuries. With even govt shutdown, the deficit running at ~$15bn/day.
Flight to safe haven, will be gold, silver and bitcoin.

Short term may cause a sell off in gold, to raise cash to cover margin calls when deflation hits.
But that sell off bottom, may be higher that we are currently are, with FED "not QE/Stealth QE" and "Trump tariff dividend"

Now you get your facts straight in real time, looking for what are the drivers now and dont try to attach what happened in the past to what is happening now.

BTW the bottom is made, what the next move now, since you are trading since 2013?

Not sure if you're asking in a kind of philosophical way or asking for opinions. Excuse me if it's not the after an opinion way.

The dollar, stock market, and treasuries will all be strong today. Gold will probably be strong too or ish anyway. There might be a flow of safe haven to stocks, it's hard to say, but with the dollar might be so strong, it will struggle, I think today, or every dip from the dollar will be bought in an annoying way that only London does best.

Gold will resume strength either tomorrow or next week, I should think IMHO.
