Is because is risky that i reduce the exposure on this one, not necessary will not playout.
Is not the best timing itself.
The question here will i loose 1 quarter of my profits or half of that? Trading always will have risks.
Sometimes waiting for the best price we miss a trade.
In normal conditions i never would buy this Ny window breakout the range was to much for me.
What did i? Use Asia breaker to engage in Ny momentum.
This trade is the same, i can not have a better price, we never know.

Reduce the exposure even more, accept this loss, now let market decide, if playout i still end in profit. Risk management!

H4 is signaling more the weekly pattern than anything else.
Test of old daily gap looks like daily will close below.
Is all about confluences and wich Tf we are following a pattern.
I don't go to much by big candles, price must to breathe to then resume.

done for today. today i made 2.6% profit. monthly profit 1.67% though.

tomorrow 4250+?

Everyone can be wrong 10% of the time. There is no 100% perfect in trading. Still appreciated.

4208 was risky but this entry can also play out I don't know. it should atleast touch 4206 again before going down but as I'm a beginner cannot say much

There is an order block at 4211 and another one at 4225 in a 15m TF on 21 October that played out I think

Do not know what is the problem with me why cannot I see long in gold is my mind or I influence by the news shutdown open gold will fall but everyone is earning in buy why I cannot see that coming can anybody suggest what we can do almost lost all the savings and down to the minus please anybody who can help

I see a breaker on that day and is precisely what is holding price and the supply that break it at 4253.
It all depend of what we are trading.
I am trading Ny session window.
But if i change for those concepts i know that a breaker can act as resistance now.
I simply follow what best results is giving to me.
This is just a variation of that but it need momentum, i have to see the open now. As long that Ny high is not taped is a valid supply...
If i look to the old gap, i can expect a retracement and if go further i can expect a bearish day targeting today open or the low of the day.
The question is, and always will be the question in every trade is where the stop? All resume in the TF the pattern belongs.
You may think it's presumptuous to say this, but if not tommorow I expect thurdays low to be tapped too. The probabilities are tomorrow reversed just that, not that will happen.
Day close matter for all of this readings.

What do you see in this photo? I see only one thing: an uptrend. What do we do in an uptrend? We buy!

hey to those who bought pre-big bad candle, how did you know that move was going to happen? several key areas broken in just one candle with no retracement, i really want to know how you snipers knew that price was going to rally and take 4200 today?

Beside 2 or 3 i only read sell sell when we were in a range in a long term bullish.
Don't be confused by what you see after without see what happen before, because that they don't show. Suite them better...

Volume was high, almost highest of the week just before (all the red), POC on delta mode was just below and the kicker candle was sat on top. This morning volume was low, picked up a bit at 200 ema 15-minute (50-ema 1-hour)

I bought from hour divergence at 6am, and again after kicher, target was 4160 (50% fib) but no one new it would breakout like that. My target was 4200 from this morning divergence and I thought it would be next week. Last image is 1-hour divergence.

monday the market started an uptrend, nice push up into the 4147–4150 key zone. from tuesday to wednesday midday it was basically a range. buyers tried four times to break 4147, sellers pushed it back down, not with huge power, but they defended 4147–4150. buyers were active around 4094–4100, so that’s heavy support, and 4147–4150 was heavy resistance.
tuesday midday buyers pushed from 4094–4100 back toward 4147, failed, sellers pushed down again, tried to reach 4100–4094, also failed, buyers pushed up again. that’s a range/consolidation, buyers and sellers testing key levels. the key levels where 4147–4150 and 4094–4100.
eventually wednesday morning buyers pushed up again, sellers were still in there until around 15:00. if you had placed a buy stop at 4154–4158 you could’ve caught the whole momentum up. why a buy stop and not a sell stop at that moment? because on monday buyers were very strong and started a small uptrend, and before the 4150 breakout price was closer to that level than to 4094–4100.
