Dislikedhi guys, i wanted to reason w y’all about my errors in psychology, first of all sorry for my english, so rn after a bearish breakout on my analysis i entered short, my tp was calculated w 200€ profit, after my trade hitted 70€ profit i exited, 3 minutes later it would have hitted my tp, i don’t trust myself? i don’t have patience? i know i am on 80% of my analysis but i still can’t wait for it to hit my tp, in almost any tradeIgnored
DislikedHey just wanted to know from all the experienced traders out there is it uncommon for all 3 sessions to be either bullish or bearish at the same time and if it is, is there a specific pattern that you guys have discovered about it or is it just random/news relatedIgnored
DislikedCan you guys recommend to a newbie trader trying to learn, what moving averages or timeframe is best to analyse and what confirmation you need to enter a trade. Any tips and guidance will be much appreciatedIgnored
That’s my greenlight.
3 Why I don’t short early
That’s how people blow up shorting too soon in a retrace,
then crying when they get squeezed $10 higher.
I want the market to prove it’s done before I press sell.
So I wait for:
• clear lower high under last high (around 3966/3967),
• break of the floor (~3955).
Then I short. Simple.
No break → no trade.
No LH → no trade.
I only trade proof, not feelings.
4 The entry
Here’s how it went:
Price pushed to 3971 candles got smaller, wicky, no follow-through.
M30 still bearish.
Then came that first strong red push = sellers waking up.
Buyers tried one more bounce, failed to reach 3966 again → lower high confirmed.
After that, floor at 3955 started to crack.
That’s where I hit sell — 3953.38 and 3952.47.
Not top picking, not guessing.
Just structure.
Drop → bounce → LH → break → entry.
5 Stop logic
I don’t trade with TP.
I trade with invalidation.
If my story dies, I’m out.
Two options:
Tight stop: just above LH (~3966/3967).
If we break that, idea’s dead.
Wider stop: around 3970+ for a bit of wick protection,
but that means more drawdown you gotta be chill with that.
I started wide (3976), then tightened above 3966 when the LH confirmed.
Because this isn’t a swing it’s an intraday continuation setup.
Below LH = valid.
Above LH = dead.
No ego, just logic.
6 Management
No TP.
I want the full move if it plays out.
As long as we keep printing lower highs / lower lows → I hold.
I don’t close “because profit looks nice.”
I close only when:
buyers print a strong green leg,
hold a higher low,
and push again.
That’s when I know sellers are done.
Then I’m out.
7 When it’s invalid
If buyers reclaim above 3966/3970 with momentum —
I’m done.
That means sellers lost it,
the move failed,
no second leg, just distribution.
Exit.
No drama.
Next setup later.
8 Why I trade like this
I don’t guess tops.
I don’t chase bottoms.
I wait for control, I wait for confirmation, then I ride the leg.
I’m not here to be perfect.
I’m here to stay consistent.
This isn’t scalping I hold it through sessions if the structure holds.
No fixed TP, just structure-based exits.
And I know exactly where I’m wrong above LH.
Quick recap:
• M30 bias bearish below 4004–4015
• Drop → bounce → LH → break = entry
• Entries 3953 / 3952
• SL wide 3976 → refined 3966
• No TP, hold while LH + LL structure stays
• Exit if buyers reclaim above LH
Not trying to call tops.
Just catching the real shift
and letting the market pay me for being patient.
