The Gold Short moved nicely to 4057.88.

Sellers are to lock in some profits and trail stop order to break even and let's see how Buyers can move it up after all weekly is uptrend.

Even if buyers succeed, no capital at stake for me.

Price filled H8 tail, but show sign of weak top, i dont think it a good idea to do anything here, both sell or buy could be liquiditated, price still hovering in no-man zone. Crucial level is the same 3950 and 4158. No closure of H8 to confirm anyway... not even single OB m30 to indicate some big hand get in. If today D1 keep going down with a close low, then we got a nice imbalance target D1, which is very guddddddddd for later

Friday low...susceptible to break Imho

I dunno where is the next target...but quite a deep. Just because this is Asian the volume not seen here.

Will think about your "weak top" later...if we have clear how this asian end

honestly there is nothing till 4013 for support in gold. I am not sure if it falls 60 dollars straight from here

Morning / Afternoon

no bias or plan, waiting a break.

Order flow looks up but inexperienced to be giving opinions on this (its/im probably wrong) and its simplified order flow but still can't help but watch the dance of pips. With the news last week it was rapid, kept disappearing off screen.

There was one point last week, that would have prevented a mistake if i'd used it, there are times when you can see hidden buyers / sellers - I might be adding bits to my strategy but still watching, still testing IDR DR Deal NY window too.
The dark orange yellow areas are POC for bid ask, you can see how interbank process moves in steps, opening closing orders as it moves along.
Like a relay race, handing the baton and moving on.

Hello Guys,
gold is at 4070 not bad nice drop.
but be very careful FED rate is on wednesday.
so if i were you i will not sell i will wait for the low to buy.
even trump says we will make a deal with china that is just talks untill the deal is done nothing is certain.
so for me at least selling is not an option.
buying maybe 4030-4020 i will buy.
not it is in range and money better to wait for london for the direction adn london can be tricky it could take gold to 4110 or 4030
so again i will be careful with GOLD.

Just a scalper for the Weekly Opening (Monday Blues/Uncertain). Price decline proposal. Sell scalps a little bit. 300-600 or + pips scalps. Depending on the current price offering. Don't blindly follow. Please refer own methods for RRR. IMHO Respect what price is doing and trade with honor.

I made a thread over the weekend, in trading discussions - Old Fashioned

It's not competition for here, it's aimed at traders in first two years, serious about trading long term, somewhere to learn when the market is closed, a place to ask questions. There is a lot of information, structured and over 20 odd posts, I'll be adding more but the bulk of it is done, its aimed at traders struggling with psychology a little bit, I think if you're that type, like I was, if you read it completely, a couple of times, with week or so gaps, it will help you.

Its aggressive on language at times, it might put people off but this style of training, I respond well too, bit of sarcasm, light hearted bits, any feedback, greatly appreciated - I put a lot of time into it, I want it to be right, don't be afraid to criticise it.


It is targeted at a certain type of personality. I think it will work but will need a fresh, particularly painful loss and fresh in your mind. It needs to be treated like homework, you will need a day to complete it properly. There is stuff of value for all traders but the language it is targeted.

Futures has gapped down on daily, so that usually means bearish on spot for the day, I can't say always because only tracking this for a few years, However, in that time, I don't remember a day when it hasn't followed this rule.
