There is no shame in defeat if you fight to the end never surrendering. If Russia manage to overrun Ukraine (which is also unlikely because if they can do so, they would have done so within first 3 days of the battle), Zelenskyy and Ukraine will end up in history book as brave valiant warrior and nation who never surrender to bully and fight till the bitter end. Though they have lost the battle, they would have won the war in perpetuity. It will be vice versa for Putin and Russia.
