Next vote is Wednesday, by the looks of things, lots of fed workers would normally be paid on 24th so Wednesday and Friday might be heavy news days.

US China meeting end of the month 31 - 1st Nov, its a weekend - and because outcome is unknown, it will probably be good for gold, on the run up towards that date.

The selling offering for Tokyo ends (critical buying offering/false breakout). Today's movement is trickier than before. Just respect what prices are offering. Maybe for scalping. Whose know. There will be US CPI data on Friday even shutdown continue according to below source ->

imho....4270 will be the key level today....pretty sure will be break.

I remove 4280 level....so only 4250 _4300/ beyond for upsude.

I still calculating the 4250_4240 as ranging zone....below this ....then prepare for short ( depend how strong the PA).

Or ...maybe find suplly at the high??

very choppy today. likely they have chopped the friday shorts and some more will be done come european open. 4218-4248-4230-4252. never seen so many swings in 3 hrs. anything below 4260 is still sell
