As post #72 says, Australia does not have sufficient power for processing. I don't know details except that requirements are significant.

Australia is fundamentalist Green. Plenty solar panels and wind farms. No nuclear, and coal plants are squashed. Some of the highest electricity prices in the world despite having enough raw nuclear and coal in the ground to last a thousand years. Maybe less, so much it is all a guess.

Here’s a question. The stock market is very high, economy is doing ok, and the administration sees rates as too high.

So why not use this opportunity to actually, for once, not do the C in taco when negotiating with China? Being aggressive with fighting them on trade, and other things, would drop markets a bit, but that’s a big reason for the Fed to lower.

Seems like Trump can go all out on China, if stocks fall, then he will get his interest rate cuts. Then when a deal is eventually reached stocks will go back up.

Too easy. You have to ask yourself, can humans please God? Vertical is very infuenced by the Old Testament (Law based, as I said originally. Not Christ or Spirit based.). This quote about vertical morality is particularly illuminating.

Nothing like predicting something everyday for 5 months lol. Maybe some year you will be right. But it will take an actual black swan. Russia using nukes, head of state assassinated, etc. There is no regular news that can crash this market, not this year. Look at your chart. We went 2.5 years without an actual downturn before April. At that rate we have 2 years left, and those two years actually correspond to the average bull market of 5 years since we are 3 years into one.

It’s simple, wait for a sell off to level out and start to retrace. Go long with a trailing stop. That’s worked every day for 5 consecutive months. Not a single failure.

Wow, so ludicrous that no one here seems to understand markets at all.

If you were an investor who’s long, you have made insane amounts of money for many months. As an investor you would not have lost a single penny on Friday, because it already made it back. Investors hold for long periods. This bull market is 3 years old, anyone who went long at any time is happy.

But everything you post is completely irrelevant to traders. Traders didn’t lose anything on Friday either. They like volatility and take advantage of it. The second a trader thinks like an investor they are in big trouble. Traders put in mathematically intelligent stops, they never have big loses. But with trailing stops and scaling out they do quite frequently have very large gains.

I worked with a company years ago (3rd party). Fortune 500, won't name names. They have a Monopoly in their industry. Right down to the "only known" information published in academic text books. That scholars study to within a nanometer of its life. Every piece of info the "outside world" has on the subject, came from that company...

There's another industry I know of,,, that also does this. Psssssst, you are balls deep in it,,, knuckles.

Big money desperately buying futures this evening, a day or so away from another all time high. Never had two down weeks in a row since April. Never broke any support levels, even weak ones. But yes, I’m sure those suffering from delusional narcissism are right that any minute now every worldwide stock exchange is on the verge of complete and total collapse lol.

I can’t believe I’m the only one here living in reality. Fed has said they will push stocks higher, we have two more rate cuts coming. New multi billion dollar deals announced every week, plus the majority of retail think we are in a bubble. When has a crash happened when the majority of retail was looking for one? The answer is never.
