I will be well asleep then (bout 2am Brizzie time in Aus )
(but will be interested to see how the mkts react tomorrow morning on awakening )

still see some bearishness in usdjpy, my dxy also diverged its not the traditional dxy, usdjpy heavy divergence h1 top, bearish flag, descending price currently, on top of the risk flow from china, good signs for a continuation technically given no crazy happens

does have potential to flip i think, and continue bullish

Here’s just a few areas on a chart (known in advance) where some new interest ‘might’ take place

If traders do get attracted at or near these areas/zones/lines, then things (could) happen
Liquidity might increase (new orders manually or limit-stop orders)
Or
Liquidity might decrease (exisiting trades activate their TP or SL)


When any time compression occurs I often think to myself that the market is merely aggregating all the orders currently in the system.

Once any aggregation (inflection/compression/ranging etc) is resolved
by the larger market
then some new volatility movement may occur
either as buys or sells, or fake blast moves before the subsequent buys or sells


It’s a minefield out there with 3 basic possibilities
Market goes up
Market goes down
Market ranges / accumulates (and a variable pip range, not set pips)

Usd/Jpy is looking to fill the inbalance visible on the 1hr or higher time frames between 149.045 -147.525. bias towards the downside untill a price action candlestick pattern confirmation around this area. Also looking for the 100ma/200Ema cross in this area for further confirmation to go long.

Still running the show! We'll reach target

New Japanese Prime Minister parliamentary vote is tomorrow

Could shake up the Yen charts one way or the other
