If I had to pick one and only indicator it would be volume profile, but not really an indicator and hard if you're new. Learn candle patterns and stick with a moving average, probably best advice - keep it simple, learn step wise or the learning curve is very steep and you will fall of the step on to your arse and then head.

Any detailed explanation on how precious metals could play out after Powell's speech today.

Given the govt shutdown it seems like key jobs data, core inflation data are not being made. I am expecting a neutral speech with a 25bps cut only without commenting alot for the future.

THats very hard to know, from my experience he has put his foot in it, in the past but more measured with language now, hardly ever makes mistakes. Its language, the way he phrases things rather than what he says, hawkish / dovish - don't try and predict it or the reaction. Market is expecting a cut, anything to confirm deny this and with no data recently - powell is now 2 weeks worth of data

It should be similar to 18th September, gold does well in low interest environment, but 18th Gold went up, then down, to then go up. Where we are now is from 18th

Price will likely move within this range until the daily candle closes. Then we’ll get a daily bullish FVG, allowing us to enter long from the discount array, most likely around the 4Hr FVG 4040. It’s possible that price could reverse from the PWH (4060), but I think it might dip lower and reverse from the 4Hr FVG near 4040.
