Are you all kidding?
Change bias all the time?
If new Ny don't settle more bearish why the hell are everyone shifting from bullish to bearish just by price?
Is like the theory of need two down candles to start thinking in a shift of trend, sessions are the same.
I saw today few people stick to their bias and those are the correct ones.
In a couple of hours changing bias show perfectly that more work is needed in your trading.
Untill NY you only can be 2 things bearish or bullish.
But please decide wich you are once and for all!

Im an Amateur, and I need your experience what you think? my Daily Bias shows me no real direction. But my 4H & 1H shows me more for an Up Trend what's your Opinion?

Buy trades closed and will wait for any other good opportunity if there will be otherwise chilling. as usual no trade till late night, body needs proper rest

Only Ny can take London, so... Can break it, can retest and up, who knows, you are looking for wrong supports or resistances, but looking for levels to have a bias.

fair enough, one thing i have seen with gold is it doesn't respect pivots, supports or resistance areas, what it does have is a temporary area of S&R and of course the psychological areas such as big round numbers.

Bias will always flip flop along the way however there is an underlying bias overall just the range gets bigger

NY session, i call it time window, others Ny mix, another people IDR and for the last time work on that and your trading will improve in a short term bias.
But if who is strugling don't want to work or improve, i am not here anymore.
Is not an holygrail, but that settle important things that i have no doubth.
Not the way you see in youtube videos, in a way more relevant.
That is the easy way set and forget based in probabilities.

Like i don't agree with the specific range, but is close...
