Pity Gold wasn't freely traded pre the 70's - we'd have a clear view of how it performed in like for like cycles

US Treasury 10 year bond YIELD rate = clear deflating from 1980-2020 = 40 year DOWN cycle

that means prior to 1980 there was a 40 year UP cycle and from 2020, there is a 40 year UP cycle - BOTH of which will be Inflationary

As more price data comes in over the decades, there will be some pretty clear correlations emerge

The last 10 years of the cycle in 2050 when the yield once again goes double digit will be really Interesting - If I'm still alive by then lol

Not only RSI; most of the free indicators are the same!! Only Price Action is real.

And of course, the higher time frames are suggesting the bull trend for GOLD. And if you follow the money management properly then surely you can do the long term trading! I’m curious about your risk-reward ratios on long-term trading, if you want to share actually……

Update on charts:

1. Monthly record high RSI on Monday, 96.73 unheard of.

2. Check trendline, it is the same as previous charts

3. Added the 12.5% level to Fibo

4. Is this mid-week reversal? Straight back up with the trend?

For me, there’s only one reason behind gold’s insane rally: central banks in developed countries have basically stopped trusting their own fiat. We’re slipping back toward a de facto gold standard — and it’s all thanks to that mountain of sovereign debt piling up everywhere.

At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if countries start defaulting one after another.

That’s why I’m just dollar-cost averaging into gold. No timing, no guessing — just buying regularly.
