Actually I don't understand what is 10k movement. Like if its 100$ then how would you build levels?

I am done trading for the session 2 trades 2 wins market very very volatile, time to get some journaling done and some homework for improvements. Be carful everyone out there with gold, always place your SL and manage your RISK for every trade, I have lost a lot in the past : )

After reading a few posts in here .. it comes around the same point same pattern, same noise. Traders jumping in and out, trying to catch every single move the market throws. The obsession to be in every trade is the fastest way to lose control of your edge.

that is where most fall apart.. they cant sit. They confuse movement with progress. They trade conviction instead of structure, and ego instead of patience.
Consistency isnt built by trading more .. rather, its built by waiting better. Its about reading your own emotions as clearly as your charts. Every chase is a leak in your discipline. Every pause is a reinforcement of it. Now i thought why not build a small challenge.. something that i spent years practicing and mastering .. and will help you for sure .. Whenever you have time today or tomorrow does not matter, while you are trading OR when you have finished trading OR when you have free time and i want you to go through this Audio.. and once you finish listening to it, play it again.. and again.. cos it takes time to prepare your mind.

Now, the challenge

• You are to take only 2–3 trades per day.. or 3 per week
• Focus purely on quality entries with defined exits
• No money targets cos thats not your objective 0.01 .0.5 1 lots 5 lots 10 lots .. it does not matter.. just pips gained through structure and patience

End of week reflect back on your trades and ask yourself .. Did I walk out with pips because I was right or because I was disciplined?

Lets see how many can stay consistent when temptation knocks . No capital. No leaderboard. Just one metric thats for yourself how many pips you walked out with using patience as your edge. End of the week post your winning Pips and Loosing pips .. practice this .. and you will thank me one day ..

By Asia limit buys at image below, 1 with quick 10k, and the other if get there with no tp yet.
Good luck, and caution with manipulation of Asia at 3981...

They are not the best zone to buy just because we have 50% monday just below, but not always tap in 50% and usual this zone become a good support area.
I give preference to Ny.
