It can go a little higher, not necessary immediately... But price will go there.

Edit: Wait price close above 3891.760 in 30m TF and watch what that child will do with precision at 3881.975 or if close below 3866.425 and when touch the same price. Just watch, don't do nothing.
Then someone can understand my obsession by 3818.340 untill the high is not violated...

pre market open analysis:

Key level 3900

Once tap there its mean new ATH right?....just a matter of time will continue or ( maybe)rejected. Traditionally we have several time this happen at monday...maybe .tomorrow same story too.

I am still weightened on bull side this week ...with the caution of huge retracement involved.
Bear smell blood when bull can reach 3950 or better 3999...so big wick of rejection probably happen there.

Gold have tendency to push the price to the " limits"...confluence with big round nunber 3950/3400..

Lets say there is a quick and fast rejection from " double top" or even 3900. Is it enough to send alarm that bear retrace coming??

Lets see how the drama begins when market open tomorrow...because markets has their own story.

Trade safe and always filters the informations on your benefits( widen yours perspective).

P.s: dont fiorget to see that "mad girl" that sleep with everyone too...lol ( at monday asia session)

3872.860 / 3881.065 may be a good buy at the opening.
However i advice caution because ATH had not is mean tottally outdated.
Is danger zone here.
To me exists a divergence here where either zones beeing break will be retested.

3872.860 / 3881.065 bullish zone and 3875.290 / 3897.130 the bearish zone.

Having into consideration we are inside bearish zone, in my concerne i will give the bullish zone to be respected at least at the opening, because 4h should had rejected is mean and closed below and it didn't.

there has been no NFP, No JOLTS no COT Data reports released after September 23rd. currently govt in shutdown. you will have to rely on what FOMC does this week.. thats your only news ..
