according to FXStreet it could be as i mentioned earlier about USD as a safe haven due to the shitdown,

3900 will have to wait another week it seems lol or at least until Tango and his merry men have sorted things out in the

Yep, I imagine if price DOES want to stop, it'll be around there. Might have a buy limit at 3804 and hope it doesn't just get absolutely violated, but only if I see the selling pressure calming
