For now, I have a small sell order with a stop 50 pips - TP 50 p . If it reaches the equilibrium zone, I will focus on buying. Let's see if it works out.

• Break below 3760 flips bias to short
• If bias shifts, buyers’ last sweet spot is 3740–3750 (yellow box)

For gold to turn bearish, it would need to see a break in the current market structure.

While it looks like it could drop into an ABC correction pattern, I don't find that to be a very reliable trade setup.
I'd much prefer to look for any pullback to enter on the long side.

It's easy to think it's going down, but it often just continues to drift higher.
Honestly, I have a hard time recommending anything but long positions on gold right now.
It's tempting to call a top, but the trend keeps drifting up.

We saw a great long setup yesterday, and there have been many others recently based on pullbacks, Fibonacci bounces, and straightforward trend continuation plays.
I prefer to wait for three way pullback, with, Fibonacci bounces, on continuation moves to ride the uptrend.

But please remember, this is just my own analysis for discussion. I'm still a noob and not qualified to give financial advice—my own trade decisions are frequently wrong, so definitely do not take this as a recommendation.

I am cautiously optimistic that a retest of the 30's could happen, with the reason being we have not really tested that area. Whether it is on the cards for today remains to be seen. I think the low 50's is likely... unless New York has something different in mind
