Following the Gold thread was fun, but when I realized I couldn't type there and seeing everything going on, it became more like one man affair.
I have a couple of persons here who I like the contributions they make.
PS: I am new to trading, and need someone who could guide me, more like teach me.

Bookmark it somewhere, I will probably post it again and explain it tomorrow or lately by Monday before New York session, don't take it for granted though, I will also update it on Monday when the market present any little changes which wouldn't be any significant change unless the market decide to change to bearishness, which i dont think it's going to happen.

Gold can retrace, in fact i expect that.
However Friday run was very strong, we had 2 Ny time windows aiming 3694 and other 3711 adding to that we have Asia aiming a minimun of 3689 or a max of 3695.
Keep in mind this prices are zones, sometimes are pinpoint but not always. The main window here is always NY.
The only problem here is that every time window or time period can reset his range at the begining of another.
How much can retrace i don't know without weekly start giving signs.
Friday mention here a price zone that works like a magnet, can be there, but not necessary needed anymore, it touch perfectly already and run the train...
The odds of go there again are however good ones.
By experience after a day like Friday or we imediatlly run down or up, i am not seeing consolidation Monday...

personally. Rather than throwing more dollar into an uncertain position I think you are better off letting the dice roll this time and using that spare ammo for when you are 95% certain on the move at play… less gamble & twice the chance.

Aimo but I’ve been wrong before and will continue to be in the future no doubt. GL whatever you do

p.s. I think sometimes it’s good to take the perspective of and ask yourself… would I open a position here with the remaining balance / leverage ? If the answers no then why are you continuing to hold. Essentially that’s what we would be doing, you close you have that money left, if you wouldn’t open, why are you holding? Cut loss move on.

Based on last week’s COT data, the S&P 500 is showing a bearish bias, so I expect the upcoming week to lean risk-off. In a risk-off environment, gold usually gains while in risk-on it either falls or ranges. Since the upcoming USD data is also expected to be weak, my bias for gold this upcoming week is long.

careful with the shorts. let Monday set the range charts are insane for now.. there has some serious buying come in at that point..

Pre Market Of Golf view:
W candle bullish
D candle on Friday bullish.

Expected bullish continuation on Monday.

Once 3700_10 break...open the gate to trade 3700_3750.
With key supports : 3657 & 3636.( if break down will invaludated the bull setup)

here is what i know, if Friday closes Higher, then there is 80% probability that price will open higher on Monday. given the scenario that it does not, then those levels will be tested. second we have created a huge imbalance on the charts after the Fed Rate, which is currently in play and being rebalanced. so i expect the price to rebalance around these levels. my two charts show this as a probability. but then again let us see how Monday open comes.. in all cases the circles on the chart usually are explosive.. and we are on that zone
