why are you trying to code an EA when you don't even know how to create an .mq4 file in Meta Editor???
It makes zero sense.
AI can't do it for you, when you don't have the ability to do any coding, and you can't even paste the code in Notepad...

GlobalVariableSet() can only be a double, not a string.
If You wanted to save a string as a GlobalVariable(), you need to convert the string to a double, so that's a stupid extra step.
Instead, it would be easier to create a numerical code for your setups, if you want to save them as GlobalVariable().
Also, the code is full of nonsense.
Typical AI hallucinations.
The AI was just inventing stuff on the go, while having no idea what it was doing.
And, there is no such thing as GlobalVariableGetString() in MQL4.
You would need to create such a function in order to convert your saved setup numerical code to a string.
Also, why complicate your life???
The easiest way is to add a comment to each position in the form of the setup string code, and then simply read the OrderComment().
No need for any GlobalVariable() shit.

i found and indicator from 2017 thread that counting total pips collected for the day. but from the displayed value, i guess it was done in 4 decimal environment, means the value shown for today is 10 times larger than it should be. appreciate if correction could be done on this indicator, thanks in advance

You see, the idea of "pip" was created when there were 4-digit quotations.
Also, "pip" is not an officially defined unit of measure, it's just some invented, coloquial idea.
And "pip" doesn't exist in MQL4 or 5 syntax.
And because of these facts, there is no universal way to convert the points which you see on the chart's crosshair to pips.
Yes, this can be done for Forex pairs, but when it comes to other instruments, well, you get the points.
If you study your MT4 platform closely, you will see that now the points are called pips.
So, the solution is to reset your mind to points, instead of pips.
