I will... The gap is needed to find out what and when to trade, but it's more important who does the pulling
We expect the gap to be at least somewhat closed, so you need to look at if it's green or red that are dominating
In your screenshot with btc it's a medium sized buy signal

We need to watch how the chart evolves, because signal is not strong so all of a sudden it can change to other pulling and then maybe turn into green should fall down and therefore also price

Seems like correlation trading in old days)) Did you try to use stochastic 100/1/1 to look for perfect moment and direction to confirm the trade. Or may be my idea is stupid) Here stochastic confirms Buy

BTC has shown signs of rising

Something that looks easy to trade, based on your ideas, may be you can improve further, first to do is to add reasonable exits

Honestly, it is too early to say. I make some experiments to adjust the idea for MT5 replacing OI with OBV. Just curious and have some time.
