shout out to everyone that needs a trading plan refresher and a harsh journal entry. I've found myself straying from my strategy this week, trying to catch reversals and where I think a bounce point might be. I've been the most successful trading breaks with volume and especially trading with the trend (simple). calm down, be patient and stick with what works
