will be logging my trades, setups, thoughts, and occasional emotional damage of cause as XAU/USD humbles me lol

I’m logging every entry, exit, lot size, risk, and the reasoning behind it, even when it doesn’t make sense in hindsight. Market context matters. So does mindset.
Missed entries, dumb trades, smart ones that still didn’t work. All of it. will be shared...

Might drop charts. Might not. Depends on the mood, i hope i do share them lol

and yeah, losses will happen. Frequently. This isn’t advice. Just trying to stay sane while trading GOLD that moves like it has got something to prove.

having said that let's see how this short plays out, added to an existing position, i think we will go down more even though a pull pack is possible

closed 50% and set to break even, if tp hit good if not and we get a pull back will be looking to enter again, or done for the day i donno, greed leave me alone

first trade of the day, took this sell here, although i am watching it very close as it can bounce on 34-36 level as we can see more upside before going down

removed emotions from this trade, holding it over night. targeting 20s or below considering the strong data for usd we had today and the likely of not being a rate cut in September, gold should be pushing down, the question is when. i guess the move is to wait and see...

took a sell here, due to Today's key economic indicators are projected to show strength (GDP at 3.1%, jobless claims at 231k), which could lead to a price drop as traders position for solid data.

targeting 3370-3375 although it can range until news drops for a clear direction, let's see how it plays out
