That drop below 3340 could be an interesting indicator. Not sure we will have the same movement as we did with NFP however the Fed has already indicated a September rate cut the CPI data may not do as much. 20 mins to go

I'm expecting a quick test/liquidity sweep of 3349-3350, or retest of 3338, before the news.
The numbers are expected to be reasonable. Although, it seems common sense to me that the prices have risen more dramatically than expected. For instance, looking at gas, grocery and energy prices. Tariffs have been slowly but surely been integrated in the prices for the consumers. Therefore, I expect a 0.5% core CPI and 3.1% y/y CPI. Based on that I will let the actual numbers determine the movement for the rest of the day.

We will see! Be careful for whipsaws and retraces.

Hello everyone,
I am new with little but worse experience. Mostly hitting SLs. Please guide me if I am wrong. I think this is a manipulated market were big fish knows the SLs of small players like me. They continue manipulating and hitting our SLs soon after the market gets better and better and we keep on regretting our bets.

mixed signals for me would mean if the Core CPI came in as expected but the CPI y/y was slightly off or better than expected

Expected mix one again not fully green or red so it will be a zigzag move again but Gold just retrace from an unbalance area if we se Daily chart and Gold never stay at un balance area if we see history of it so from such prospective it will again be a zigzag but i am taking chance to buy it not sell before few secounds, everyone have their own point of interest so i can say best of luck to everyone may the best wins

Hi, please guide me, as after hitting most of the SLs I think its manipulated market where big players have information on SLs of small players so the keep making profits and we keep booking losses. Is it so?
