I closed the first long out way too early but my 5 month old was having a breakdown!!! My rule is to close my trades if my anxiety is too high lol. Kept my SL too close near 3390 so stopped out around 3385. Only up 4% but a win is a win!! Learned a valuable lesson from you today though, definitely sitting on my hands until 30 mins after news. I almost got screwed entering long right away and watched the drawdown from that pull back. Was stressing!

also this helps me to not overtrade or be greedy or go back in on a whim, journal my trades AT THE END of the day, as if im 'closing off the day' and marking the profit, like the end of a work day, really helps me stay away until tomorrow.
I also printed out worksheets that need to be filled out at the end of every day and mark my profit/loss/ what went well,what didnt

sounds silly but the whole stimulating/engaging aspect of it really helps!! been a game changer.

Decided to short at 3389.98, just hit tp at 3378.95, im done..... well, lets see if this is a pullback and continue heading down haha

No big effect until some action maybe. Only words won't suffice for Gold (Unless they are much aggressive)
Russia is not offering peace. It’s offering a small break in attacks from the air, maybe to make Trump happy. But it still wants to keep fighting on the ground and keep the land it controls.

I short from 3387 what should I keep my target?

if Over 3380 maybe go to 3400 and 3440 .
what is your thinking about this ?

i am not herer to argue,
the thing about news is that you have to wait,
give it time and you will see,
i have been seeing it and observing it from past 15 years,
i have made a lot of mistakes trust me i am always open about that.
but the thing about mistakes is
dont make it personal,
it is not about who is right. its about what is right?

the mistkes most traders do is trying to justify their trades,

i just read someone wrote 20 lots that is 2Million$ you need atleast 1 million$ accoutn for that.
most are trading in demo trying to learn,
indicators robots everyone has his own indicators,

Leverage is a Double edge sword i see you buy 0.03 2-3 same at same price that means 10K in total trades,
so you must have 5K account.
i will love to see that.
dont confuse new traders to use high leverage.
i still do it to be honest,
i sometimes put in small amount and trade with 10:1 even 20:1 leverage and result was amazing.
but no one ever made it high leverage work for ong time.
i am not a fan of leverage but i do use it when conditions are right.
