This is normal. It’s called scalping and usually you’d want to be out in a few minutes or even less because the trend is still down. So you could go long but only to quickly scalp and secure profits through the little pullbacks

Wasn’t meant to trade today but couldn’t help but get involved in the FOMC madness. Regretting not getting involved earlier as it was a clear red day. But profit is profit. Seems like everyone here had a good day
