Hi, it was a thorough analysis

As trade negotiation went easy with major economic powers, GDP figures still holding. While Tariffs driven inflation is largely getting absorbed by wholesaler, retailers rather than wholly directly pass onto consumers.

So the tariffs are not catastrophic as FED imagined it would be.

What we are now for GOLD is the beginning of large swing Down, when discounting all possibilities for major events driven.

I think majority 'trader' operate from a cognitive bias alone. They dont account the WHY Effect to support their Cognitive Bias.

A thesis is build on first principle.

HOW each economic data (GIP - Growth, Inflation, Policy/liquidity) work to grasp the possibility WHERE we are heading?

The problem with cognitive bias is we only see WHAT is happening. NOT WHY it is happening?

WHAT + WHY = WHERE

Thesis is build on the WHY
The WHY give us predictability, only then we can work with probabilities of events.

Now that we have probabilities of event (an opportunity ), the WHAT (technical analysis) increases our chance to capitalize on that opportunity when it appear.

or build a redundancy plan to exit existing position when opportunities deviate from what originally thought.

With that, the trader's edge is build upon, where he will be right more often than he being wrong.
